The Challenge:
Atlas Business Solutions was asked by a traveling dance convention to re-think a registration system that had to handle almost 20,000 registrants per year across 25 American cities. This company was looking for a new system that would streamline the process, cut costs, and reduce the amount of man-hours necessary to prepare for conventions across the country.
The Solution:
Atlas Strategies developed a ‘thinking database’ concept that would allow registrants to enter data into a sortable system via either the dance convention’s website or a custom widget applied on other websites. This system would save the business tens of thousands of dollars each year in paper, printing and postage costs. It also would allow for a more streamlined development and execution of the conventions themselves, saving thousands of man-hours each year.
